They changed the recipe so that it’s all plant-based. Noodles are mushy and have a horrible texture, no matter how you cook them. The spaghetti noodles get little round balls on them when you cook them because the noodle basically starts to disintegrate. Their old recipe was fantastic and tasted and looked the most like regular noodles. I’ve begged Barilla to bring their old recipe back. Don’t get why they can’t keep the old recipe and provide the plant based one that everyone supposedly wants. Bottom line- I won’t ever buy again. They’re disgusting.
